Vegetarian for 10 years, now a vegan of 2 years. I found that some vegan treats and appetizers were lacking flavor. I dabbled with a few recipes and came up with my own creations. Just because we vegans choose not to eat animals doesn't mean we have to have bland food. Even the food we used to love can taste just as great or better being plant based! I hope you enjoy some of the recipes and feel free to put your own twist on some. Eating and cooking should be more than just fueling hunger!
