Vegan 3 Ingredients Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

cook time 20 minutes
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
Line baking sheet or pan with parchment paper or foil.
In large bowl add peanut butter and maple syrup
Heat 15 second increments in microwave until warm and creamy.
Stir the mixture between increments.
Careful not to overheat.
It should not boil or bubble.
Add oats to peanut butter mixture.
Stir and fold in with spatula or spoon until thoroughly combined.
Using small to medium spoon or scooper, scoop and drop cookie ball on parchment paper or foil paper spaced evenly.
Using a fork press the cookies to desired thickness.
Chill in refrigerator or freezer for 10-20 minutes.
Serve and eat alone or with your favorite plant-based milk or plant based frozen dessert.
Extra Cookies can be put in freezer safe bags and pull out and eat whenever you want a snack.
These cookies are so good right out the freezer! When I make these 3-ingredient vegan no bake cookies, they are devoured within a week. I take them to work and eat as a night snack. They are full of protein, so you are sure to feel full and energized. Be sure to share with family and friends. Plus, it takes no more than 30 minutes to mix scoop and chill.
